A History on Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man

One of the most portrayed Superhero’s in Cinematic History, Peter Parker has recently entered the MCU, with Actor Tom Holland bringing the witty & loveable teenager to the screens, Peter Parker is a high school student, who gained spider-like abilities after being bitten by a spider. Peter was head hunted by Tony Stark, (Ironman) during Captain America: Civil War, whilst putting together a team to fight.

Peter has consistently tried to prove himself worthy of being an ‘Avenger’ to Stark, demanding that he be let on missions, continue to fight and even be able to solve his own problems. Although Tony trusted Peter, the issue of his age had always been an important factor.

Likewise in many other of the Spiderman films, we witness the friendships between Peter & Ned, who assists with missions, coms and technology side of Peters new suite, gifted by Tony in attempts to help him access new skills and develop his powers. Whilst also splitting his focus to his love interest MJ, portrayed by Zendaya, his ‘tomboy’ girl next door.

After he blipped during Thanos period, he returned and helped fight the end battle, then we see him struggle to come to terms with the death of Tony Stark, his mentor and guide through his new abilities and the world of being a superhero. Peter expressively wishes to keep his Spider-Man identity a secret, however at the final cut-scene of Spider-Man Far From Home, we see his identity outed by Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhal) and Peter Parker exposed to the world, as not only Spider-Man but a murdered, who targeted the city and killed ‘Mysterio’.

With rumours of the next Spider-Man film including the ‘Multiverse’ in which fans are hopeful to see other Spider men return, such as previously loved Toby McGuire & Andrew Garfield, in some attempts to see a live action ‘spiderverse’, much like ‘Into the spiderverse’ covered which was the animated series focusing on Miles Morales, a teen from Harlem, bitten by a spider and turned into a superhero, much like Pete.
