DELIVERY TO YOUR CHOSEN UK ADDRESS:

Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders.

Our packages will be sent to you by Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery.

We don’t want you to wait too long to receive your exciting purchase, so we always dispatch goods as soon as we are able. We aim to have your order with you within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from the date of order, this allows time for the goods, gift wrapped (if required) and your payment to clear before it is dispatched. We will email you when your items are on their way. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We can post most items worldwide and are happy to process orders from overseas. We do not offer a free service for posting abroad regardless of the value of the item, please contact us for a postage estimate prior to placing an order. 

Tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days* and worldwide within 5-7 working days, (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) from the date of order, this allows time for the goods to be transferred from other stores, gift wrapped and your payment to clear before it is dispatched. We will email you when your items are on their way. 

*Tracking and Signature services to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days.

RING SIZES

Although we often stock a range of ring sizes, there are occasions where we may need to order your ring direct from the supplier or have your order resized by our jeweller. We’ll keep you up to date on the progress of your order and will contact you to immediately to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.

RETURNS

We’re sure that you’ll love your new item, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange (This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and gift vouchers.) Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving.

To return items by post please package your item up well, ensuring the invoice/gift receipt is included in the parcel. You may wish to add a note stating the reason for the return. Take the item to the Post Office and post to:

We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and make sure that the item is insured for its full value while in transit. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that do not reach us.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be refunded to the same payment method that the item was paid for originally.

You can also call in to our store to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal or Interest Free Credit need to be proceeded by our head office and the refund may not be immediate.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GUARANTEE

We believe that all our products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects for 1 year unless covered by a brand guarantee which can be up to 5 years. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
