Ordering Process for Memorial Jewellery

1. Place Your Order
   Simply place your order on our website and choose your preferred metal, design, and any optional engraving. Engraving can be added for an additional £39, with up to 25 characters available. Please email us with what you would like engraved.

2. Receiving Your Collection Kit
   Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a collection kit directly to your address.
   The kit includes:

   • A small plastic spoon (we typically require one spoonful of ashes for each jewellery piece)

   • A ring sizer (if applicable)

   • A labelled bag for the ashes or hair

   • An order confirmation form and pen

   • A Freepost return padded envelope for safe and easy return

3. Sending Back Your Kit
   Once you’ve placed the ashes or hair in the labelled bag, simply use the Freepost envelope provided to return the kit to us.

4. Crafting Your Jewellery
   As soon as we receive your materials, our skilled jewellers will begin handcrafting your piece with care and respect.

   • Sterling Silver items: Approximately 3–4 weeks

   • Yellow or Rose Gold items: Approximately 7–9 weeks

5. Updates & Delivery
   You’ll receive an email notification once we have received your ashes or hair, and another when your finished piece is ready for dispatch.
